How about a view? Schools, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Parking, Transportation; all are important considerations. Next, depending on your needs start thinking about financing and get started on the approval process. With some of these questions answered we are ready for the really fun stuff. Choose some areas that you would like to live and let's get out there and see what we can do. You can accomplish a lot looking online and whenever you see something you like we can go see it together in-person. |

| For any number of reasons it becomes time to sell your home. Home is often the most important and stable part of our lives and is worthy of thoughtful consideration when it's time to sell. Sweat equity, the investment of time, memories, updates and remodels, appreciation, current market value, what time of year to sell......the list goes on. I want to listen to what is important to you and go from there. I have many years of experience preparing homes for sale and am happy to share my thoughts and help guide you through the preparation process. | A Little About Me |
| I have lived in the Seattle area all of my life. Since I was very young I have been involved in the housing business in one way or another. I have spent time buying and selling homes to live in and as investments. At one time owned and operated my own Home Furnishings design and manufacturing business. Have spent my lifetime both professionally and otherwise building homes and have even torn down a few along the way. My lovely wife has spent her working career in the art and home furnishing business and I am fortunate enough to have had some of her style and good taste rub off on me. I have a thorough knowledge of a vast area stretching North to Marysville and South to Federal Way. East to the Plateau and to the Western shores of Puget Sound. I make my home in the Mt. Baker neighborhood of Seattle and specialize in properties within the Seattle metropolitan area. Homes are my passion. They are what make us feel a part of our communities as well as a refuge for sharing time with our families and friends.
